IT Operations System Specialist 

You can Expect:
 

• Assist in day‑to‑day administration of Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
• Monitor server health, performance, and capacity across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching using standard ITOPS processes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in system administration, IT Operation or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Windows Server environments
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
  • Virtualization (VMware)
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls – An Advantage)
• Experience with backup solutions (such as Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik, or similar)
• Familiarity with PowerShell and automation basics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and service orientation.
