IT excellence analyst

Accountabilities:

•  Ensure ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting of IT performance metrics to management and stakeholders
•  Manage and maintain KPI dashboards and measurement tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the IT organization
•  Design and implement measurement practice
•  Own data collection, validation, and data quality
•  Prepare and share dashboards to present project performance to management

‏Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Manager, leading complex and cross-organizational control processes
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency with BI and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
