IT excellence analyst

Accountabilities:

•  Ensure ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting of IT performance metrics to management and stakeholders
•  Manage and maintain KPI dashboards and measurement tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the IT organization
•  Design and implement measurement practice
•  Own data collection, validation, and data quality
•  Prepare and share dashboards to present project performance to management

‏Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 4 years in Project Management/ PMO/ Operational Excellence/ Process Improvement in large, complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into business insights and performance metrics
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with KPI tracking, project reporting, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
